I am Mani, the founder of Brick Arte. I would like to personally thank you for the interest you’ve expressed in our brand and products.
I founded Brick Arte with the goal of creating high quality, premium bricksets. A premium product isn’t premium if it doesn’t come with equally good service.
We work very hard to make sure that every set is perfect. But – mistakes might happen. If there is anything wrong with your set, such as a missing piece, a problem with the instructions, or anything else at all, even a damaged box, please let me know directly. As the founder of Brick Arte, I want to be aware of any issues and to remedy them quickly.

Within the USA:
FREE shipping for all orders over $75.
$10 flat rate shipping for all other orders.
In stock items generally ship within 2 business days of ordering from our Southern California location and should arrive within 4-6 days.
Internationally:
For international orders, we will contact you to coordinate your preferred shipping method. Please make sure your contact details are up to date in your account profile so that we can reach you.
Free returns within 30 days on any product in like-new condition.
Please contact us at info@brickarte.com for an RMA number before sending in your return. We will pay the return cost of shipping if the return is the result of an irremedial error on our part.

Who We Are
We are Brick Arte, LLC – a family owned business located in southern California. Our website address is: https://brickarte.com. For more information about who we are and our process, please visit our about us page.
Who We Share Data With
NOBODY. We will never sell your data.
Where We Send Data
Only as much data as necessary may be passed through appropriate payment processors and/or shipping services in order to process your purchase and to ensure the package is delivered to the correct address. Other than essential uses, we NEVER share or sell your data.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website. If you upload an image with tagged metadata, we have no control over these tags.
Cookies
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser. When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

How Long We Keep Data
